Leanne is a Registered Adult Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), and holds a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing from the University of Chester.
She is also a member of the Aesthetics Complications Expert (ACE) Group, the UK body focused specifically on preventing and managing aesthetic complications. For treatments like dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections, that training is one of the most important things to look for in a practitioner.
Very few aesthetic practitioners combine this level of nursing qualification with two decades of aesthetics experience.
Her Experience
Leanne began her career in beauty therapy, qualifying at Level 2 and Level 3 before relocating to London to work within prestigious, high-end aesthetic clinics. It was there she discovered her passion for medical aesthetics, undertaking extensive advanced training in skin health, injectable treatments, and facial rejuvenation.
Her expertise saw her progress into senior management, overseeing multiple aesthetic clinics across the South of England as a Regional Clinic Manager and Lead Sales Consultant. During this time she received the Skin Specialist Award, recognising her clinical knowledge and exceptional patient care.
After returning to the North West and establishing her own successful practice, Leanne pursued a lifelong ambition and qualified as a Registered Nurse, bringing comprehensive medical knowledge to her aesthetics work.

Alongside running The Aesthetics Table, Leanne works as a Registered Nurse within one of the UK’s largest and busiest specialist Plastic Surgery and Burns departments.
Caring for patients through complex reconstructive surgery, trauma, and burns management has deepened her understanding of wound healing, tissue viability, infection prevention, and facial anatomy. This is knowledge most aesthetic practitioners simply don’t have, and it underpins every treatment she performs.
Surgical Training
Leanne has completed postgraduate surgical training in the assessment and management of skin lesions and minor surgical procedures. This includes the safe excision of lipomas, epidermoid cysts, and skin lesions, cryotherapy, wound closure techniques, and post-procedure care.
This surgical education strengthens her tissue handling, anatomical knowledge, and patient safety expertise, complementing both her NHS role and her aesthetics practice.
