No Refund Policy on Products

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds on products purchased online, particularly prescription-only products. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Opened Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund provided that:

  • We are notified within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • The return is received by us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return postage costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed as faulty.

Obagi® Medical Products

We are unable to accept returns on Obagi® Medical products unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Any such return must:

  • Be agreed with us in advance.

  • Be returned directly to The Aesthetic Table Liverpool.

  • Meet the same conditions outlined above regarding timeframes and packaging.
